The Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 team returns to the Netherlands this weekend for the Motul TT Assen, the ninth round of the World Championship.

Niccolò Antonelli arrives at Assen with a good feeling after a very complete weekend at Sachsenring. The Italian returns to the Netherlands as 4th in the overall standings after a very positive start to the season and with the main objective of closing the gap to leader Pedro Acosta.

Elia Bartolini will replace again Carlos Tatay this weekend. The Italian, who has scored points in the last two races, faces his third Grand Prix with the Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 team at a new circuit for him.

Tomorrow at 9:00 the Moto3 riders will make their debut at the Motul TT Assen with the first free practice session.

“Like every weekend, we will try to do a good job from the start. At Sachsenring we were able to make a step forward and here we will try to consolidate that. We will try to have a good race and score as many points as possible.”

ELIA BARTOLINI
