Reale Avintia Academy 77 Moto3 – German GP – Sachsenring

Reale Avintia Academy 77 is pleased to announce its new rider for the remaining races of the season. Vicente Pérez will be replacing Livio Loi from the German Grand Prix this weekend.

Born in Cullera (Valencia), the 20-year-old Spaniard raced in the FIM Moto3 Junior World Championship in the last few seasons. Even though he had several wild-card entries with Reale Avintia Academy 77, almost every circuit until the end of the season will be new for him. Therefore, Vicente has to rely on the experience of his team in order to learn and improve as quickly as possible.

The first challenge for Vicente will be the Sachsenring, a small and twisty 3,760 km circuit that suits the performance of the Moto3 machines to perfection. He will race with the starting number 77, a tribute to his friend Andreas Pérez who passed away last month.

The agreement was made possible thanks to Blumaq, the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo, and all the sponsors supporting the Reale Avintia Academy 77 project in the Moto3 World Championship.

“I’m very happy, because riding in the Moto3 World Championship was my childhood dream. I hope to be competitive in Germany. I will go step by step, learning the circuit and building my pace and confidence on every exit. I know the bike and the team very well, so we will work hard to achieve the best results possible. I want to thank Blumaq, my manager Tomas Llopis and Raul Romero for this great opportunity.”
