Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 and Avintia VR46 Academy finished the Grande Prémio Brembo do Algarve qualifying at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.

Niccolò Antonelli, who didn’t get direct access to Q2 after the free practice sessions, qualified in the top 4 in Q1. In Q2, with a time of 1:47.774, the VR46 Academy rider was 8th, which will allow him to start tomorrow’s race from the third row.

Carlos Tatay was unable to go through the Q1 cut. The Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 rider will start from the ninth row with the objective of reaching the points positions in the race.

Tomorrow at 12:20 (CET+1), the penultimate race of 2021 in the Moto3 class will start, where Antonelli and Tatay will try to get a good result for the team.
