El QJMotor Avintia Racing disputará este fin de semana el Gran Premio de Qatar, cita inaugural de la temporada, que tendrá lugar en el Circuito Internacional de Losail.

Ambos pilotos llegan a un nuevo trazado con muchas ganas de comenzar la temporada y dar lo mejor de ellos mismos. Tanto Matteo como Elia lucharán por el título de ‘rookie’ del año, título que se otorga la mejor debutante de la categoría y por el que lucharán más de diez pilotos.

La primera toma de contacto de nuestros jóvenes pilotos con el trazado tendrá lugar a las 13:00, cuando de comienzo el primer entreno libre de la temporada.

Mañana viernes, 3 de marzo, a las 15:30 tendrá lugar la presentación oficial del equipo. Podrá seguirse en directo a través de nuestra cuenta oficial de Instagram (@esponsoramaracing).

He entrenado mucho después del último test para llegar recuperado de las molestias que tenía en el hombro. Avintia Esponsorama Racing and Sky VR46 Avintia put an end to the season after the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana race at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

Enea Bastianini crossed the finish line in 8th position. The Italian, who had struggled throughout the weekend, managed to make a big step forward on Sunday that allowed him to make a great comeback. The Avintia Esponsorama Racing rider said goodbye to a great rookie year with two podium finishes and 11th place in the MotoGP world standings with 102 points.

Luca Marini said goodbye to the 2021 season with a 17th position at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo. The Sky VR46 Avintia rider finished his first year in the premier class in 19th position in the MotoGP world standings with 41 points, completing a positive learning season.

After a great year for the team, with 143 points and 8th position in the world team standings, Avintia Esponsorama Racing and Sky VR46 Avintia have closed their best season since their debut in the premier class.

We didn’t get the rookie of the year, but it was more important for me to be fast and have a good race. “It was a difficult race. I was hoping to have a better pace, but I had a lot of difficulties with the rear grip. It was a good season where I was able to share with Valentino and where I gave my all. I tried to learn something every weekend and gain experience. El Avintia Esponsorama Racing y el Sky VR46 Avintia han puesto punto y final a la temporada tras disputar la carrera del Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana en el Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

Enea Bastianini ha cruzado la línea de meta en 8ª posición. El italiano, que había sufrido durante todo el fin de semana, ha logrado dar un gran paso adelante el domingo que le ha permitido ejecutar una gran remontada. El piloto del Avintia Esponsorama Racing se ha despedido de un gran año de ‘rookie’, con dos podios a sus espaldas y logrando la 11ª posición en la clasificación general con 102 puntos.

Por su parte, Luca Marini ha dicho adiós a la temporada 2021 con una 17ª posición en el Circuit Ricardo Tormo. El piloto del Sky VR46 Avintia ha finalizado su primer año en la categoría reina en la 19ª posición de la clasificación con 41 puntos, completando una positiva temporada de aprendizaje.

Tras un gran año para el equipo, con 143 puntos y en la 8ª posición en la clasificación mundial por equipos, el Avintia Esponsorama Racing y el Sky VR46 Avintia han cerrado su mejor temporada desde su debut en la categoría reina.

“Estoy contento con la carrera. He podido adelantar mucho, hemos mostrado un buen ritmo y hemos vuelto a la velocidad que nos faltó ayer. No hemos conseguido el ‘rookie’ del año, pero me importaba más ser rápido y hacer una buena carrera. Enhorabuena a Jorge por conseguirlo, ha hecho un gran trabajo pero me hubiera gustado pelear en igualdad de condiciones.”

“Ha sido una carrera difícil. Esperaba tener un mejor ritmo, pero he tenido muchas dificultades con el agarre trasero. Ha sido una temporada buena en la que he podido compartir con Valentino y en la que lo di todo. He intentado aprender algo cada fin de semana y ganar experiencia. Quiero agradecer a todo el equipo y a Ducati por su apoyo. Y por último, un agradecimiento especial a Vale por todo lo que ha hecho por nuestro deporte.”

Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 and Avintia VR46 Academy put an end to the 2021 season at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, where both riders finished in the TOP 10 in the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana race.

Niccolò Antonelli finished 9th in his last race with the team and in the category. On the first lap, the VR46 Academy rider lost ground on the front group as he had to avoid a multiple crash and was relegated to 16th position. From then on the Italian was able to set a good pace which, despite some grip problems on the front of his bike, allowed him to climb up to 9th place. Antonelli ended the season in 6th position in the Moto3 world standings with a total of 152 points, with one pole position and four podiums.

Carlos Tatay finished 8th in his home Grand Prix. The Valencian rider, who completed his last race as an Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 rider, said goodbye to the team with a good race where, thanks to a good performance, he closed the year with a good taste. In the end, Tatay finished 21st in the Moto3 world standings with 40 points.

Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 and the Avintia VR46 Academy have closed a good 2021 for the team, finishing as the 6th best team in the Moto3 category with a total of 199 points.

El Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 y el Avintia VR46 Academy han puesto punto y final a la temporada 2021 en el Circuit Ricardo Tormo, donde ambos pilotos han acabado dentro del TOP 10 en la carrera del Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana.

Niccolò Antonelli ha acabado 9º en su última carrera con el equipo y en la categoría. En la primera vuelta, el piloto de la VR46 Academy ha perdido fuelle respecto al grupo delantero al tener que evitar una caída múltiple, viéndose relegado hasta la 16ª posición. A partir de ahí el italiano ha podido impartir un buen ritmo que, pese a tener algunos problemas de agarre en la parte delantera de su moto, le ha permitido escalar hasta la 9ª plaza. Antonelli ha cerrado la temporada en 6ª posición en la clasificación general con un total de 152 puntos, sumando una pole position y cuatro podios.

Por su parte, Carlos Tatay ha sido 8º en su gran premio de casa. El valenciano, que ha completado su última carrera como piloto del Avintia Esponsorama Moto3, se ha despedido del equipo con una buena carrera donde, gracias a una buena actuación, le ha permitido cerrar el año con un buen sabor de boca. Finalmente, Tatay ha sido 21º en la clasificación general con 40 puntos.

De esta manera, el Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 y el Avintia VR46 Academy han cerrado un buen 2021 para el equipo, terminando como el 6º mejor equipo de la categoría de Moto3 sumando un total de 199 puntos.

“Ha sucedido algo extraño con la moto, porque hoy en carrera he tenido algunos problemas que nunca hemos tenido durante la temporada. La dirección se cerraba en cada curva y no he podido hacer más. Avintia Esponsorama Racing and Sky VR46 Avintia completed the last qualifying of the season at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, where neither of the two riders were able to enter to Q2.

“It’s a tricky track where it’s difficult to find a good feeling with the asphalt and tyres. I’m missing something at the front to be able to be completely comfortable with the handling. It was a pity the yellow flag in FP3, it would have been a different Saturday with direct access to Q2. I was fast, but maybe I lacked a bit of experience with the asymmetric front tyre, plus the rear grip is very difficult to manage. The more experienced riders are making the difference.”

El Avintia Esponsorama Racing y el Sky VR46 Avintia han completado la última clasificación de la temporada en el Circuit Ricardo Tormo, donde ninguno de los dos pilotos han podido entrar a la Q2.

Con un tiempo de 1:31.185, Enea Bastianini saldrá desde la 18ª posición. El italiano, que no se ha acabado de encontrar cómodo durante el fin de semana, no ha podido superar el corte de la Q1. Desde la 6ª línea de la parrilla de salida, el piloto del Avintia Esponsorama Racing intentará mañana culminar una buena remontada.

Luca Marini, que tampoco ha superado la Q1, arrancará 17º tras parar el cronómetro en 1:31.073. El piloto del Sky VR46 Avintia buscará cerrar la temporada con una buena posición saliendo desde la 6ª línea de la parrilla de salida.

Mañana a las 14:00 dará comienzo la carrera del Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana, donde Bastianini y Marini buscarán cerrar el año con un buen resultado para el equipo.

“Ha sido un mal día. Desafortunadamente no hemos conseguido entender el porqué de nuestro rendimiento y no hemos podido dar un paso adelante respecto a ayer. Empezaré 18º e intentaré la remontada, aunque creo que será complicado. Es la última carrera de la temporada, traté de disfrutarla y de terminar de la mejor manera posible.”

“Es una pista complicada en la que es difícil encontrar un buen ‘feeling’ con el asfalto y los neumáticos. Me falta algo en la parte delantera para poder estar completamente a gusto en el pilotaje. Lástima la bandera amarilla en el FP3, hubiera sido un sábado diferente con acceso directo a la Q2. He sido rápido, pero quizás falta un poco de experiencia con el neumático delantero asimétrico, además de que el agarre trasero es muy difícil de gestionar. Los pilotos más experimentados están marcando la diferencia.”

El Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 y el Avintia VR46 Academy han finalizado la clasificación del Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana, última de la temporada, en el Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

Niccolò Antonelli arrancará desde la 9º posición. El italiano ha tenido que disputar la Q1 debido a que su mejor tiempo de los entrenamientos libres ha sido anulado por superar los límites de la pista. Ya en la Q2, Antonelli ha marcado un tiempo de 1:39.149, que le permitirá partir desde la tercera línea de la parrilla de salida.

Por su parte, Carlos Tatay ha logrado el acceso directo a la Q2 al ser 5º en la clasificación combinada tras los entrenamientos libres. El valenciano, con un tiempo de 1:39.317, saldrá desde la 11ª posición en su gran premio de casa.

Mañana a las 11:00 dará comienzo la carrera del Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana, donde Antonelli y Tatay buscarán poner punto y final a la temporada con un buen resultado para el equipo.

Avintia Esponsorama Moto3 and Avintia VR46 Academy completed the first day of the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, where Antonelli and Tatay are in provisional Q2 positions.

In the first free practice and in dry conditions, Antonelli and Tatay set their best times of the day, where the Italian was 11th, with a time of 1:40.087 and the Spaniard 13th, stopping the clock in 1:40.223.

In the second free practice, the track conditions were humid after raining for most of the morning and none of the riders were able to improve their times. Antonelli finished 4th, while Tatay had to settle for 19th position.

Tomorrow at 9:00 the third free practice will start, before the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana qualifying.
